Why we exist
Kickapoo Kolache is a good-news paper for Brownsboro & Chandler. There is plenty of bad news out there, and plenty of people already covering it. We wanted to do something different.
We only print what lifts our community up, and we leave the rest to everyone else. That means neighbors who quietly give and serve, volunteers, local businesses doing good, and events worth showing up for. It can be a youth pastor visiting school lunch tables, or a Chamber of Commerce staffer who would rather talk about her neighbors than herself.
You know these people better than we do. If someone in Brownsboro or Chandler is making things better, we would like to tell their story. Send us the good news.
